• On-site facility audits to ensure appropriate service delivery and billing
• Randomized review of therapists’ clinical documentation to verify adherence to Medicare/ Medicaid standards, licensure regulations and state Medicare Administrative Contractors’ (MAC) guidelines with detailed feedback provided to our teams to enable full compliance
• Compliance webinars to educate teams on updates to regulations and practice standards
• Competency testing
• Training memos to alert therapy teams to observed trends and new information
• Quarterly meetings with all building managers or Facility Rehab Coordinators (FRCs) to educate staff on Medicare system changes, state survey and MAC updates
• Periodic “sign and return” memos to ensure Arbor Rehabilitation staff understand regulatory changes and updates
